Noob questions about pvp and teamspeak?

Hello all! I am a longtime Elder Scrolls fan, which is what lead me to this game, however this is the first MMO I have ever played. I have a few questions about pvp and teamspeak.

I am mostly a PVE solo player, mostly because I have just been figuring out how to play the game. I think Ive got a good enough hold on the mechanics, and I would like to start doing some pvp to mix up the gameplay. (sometimes pve is really repetitive....) I have ventured into Cyrodil a few times and wandered around on my own. I know how the standard pvp system works, not necessarily IC, but i think that my first real ventures into pvp would start with the standard keep taking and so on. So, with that I have a few questions.

1. Where is the best place to start in pvp, if I want to play with a group of people, and not just wander around on my own aimlessly through a huge zone? As I said, Im new to the mmo genre, and im not sure the best way to group up with people. Do I need to find a guild to join if i want to play in groups, or is there another way to group up for Cyrodil? If so, where is the best place to find a guild? Do you have to be super awesome at the game to join pvp guilds?

2. If I am also leveling my character, would it be best to just stay out of Cyrodil entirely until I am level 50+ and then just make my toon all pvp? Or is it feasible to play pve and pvp on the same toon as I am leveling and progressing through the game?

3. I have heard a lot about Teamspeak, and ive looked up what it is, (kind of). I have a nice headset that i used for call of duty a couple years ago, so I am wondering how teamspeak works? Is it mainly associated with guilds, i.e. do I have to be in a guild that uses it to use it? Also, can you play pvp effectively without teamspeak? Does it use up a ton of your bandwidth to run it?

4. Is the standard pvp still good to play? Or is in unpopulated all the time because everyone is in IC?

I know thats a lot of questions, but I just feel lost when it comes to grouping up in this game because I have never played an MMO before and dont know how it all works. I am not the most out-going person, but if I know a little bit about what I am doing first, then I can put myself out there a little more. Plus, I can see how this game would be 10 million times more fun with other people to play with. Any help is appreciated!

Also, in case it matters, I play PC/NA.

I'd start in the NON-VET campaigns first. Choose one with a good balance of your alliance. Jump in at level 10 and enjoy the ride.

Check the map, get to a keep on the edge of a major conflict, ask for a group.

Listen and watch... alot. Enjoy. :)

    1. I'd recommend Blackwater Blade (the non veteran campaign). If you type lfg in zone chat you will most likely get an invite to a group.
    2. I personally think that pvp is great fun on low level characters and helps to get to know and develop your character, but if you allready a high level character, you can use that one for pvp aswell.
    3. To use Teamspeak (usually refered as TS) you need to have the client installed on your computer. Then you can connect to a server if you have the address and password. Those servers often belong to guilds.
You can do pvp without ts, but it helps a lot with coordination, especially if you don't know the other players very well. And no, it doesn't use a lot of bandwidth
    4. I can't tell for NA, but in EU you will still have nice fights in the afternoon / evening, even though there are less players than before the release of the Imperial City.
