The only info we have is that all VR16 sets will be nerfed on release of Orsinium to what ever VR14 sets were one week before Orsinium.
Also new VR18 sets will be what VR16 sets are now and available for only 50,000 mats, 1 million RNG containers and 1000 motif fragments plus a special random material while crafting will be shafted.
Also a new horse will be in the crown store and a new pet.
Expect some stuttering, lag spikes, server crashes, fps drops, longer loading screens and the looking for group tool to still be broken.

It sounded like a major zone with "dailies" and crafting motifs, which would seem to be a grind intensive content upgrade if progression isn't level based. Or maybe this begins the removal of VR levels and this talk of seasonal gear
This is good news to many. They also mentioned expanding gear with Orsinium so that's also great!
I am going to remember this thread when it comes out...
Even if they don't raise the level cap they will still find a way to nerf current VR16 sets to make the new sets worth grinding for...and starting all over again..
Just like they did to most of the crafted and VR12-14 sets.

For those people that are not aware, it has been mentioned before by ZOS that they are entertaining the idea of SEASONAL GEAR (also mentioned previously on this thread). Gear grind is not new in MMOs, and how zos implements the idea of seasonal gear is anyone's game.
So for those saying "well i'm sure there will be some other gear grind", all I want to say is, "that has already been confirmed that ZOS will possibly be implementing seasonal gears!".

What? People are DESPERATE for new PvE content. Why wouldn't they pay for it?

Crazy idea... how about for the quality content and gameplay?
Level less, play more.
