Yeah, how dare they not have every single part of Tamriel already in the game at launch, leaving no room for any new zones in the future? So lazy...

If I knew nothing of ESO, but knew of TES and bought a game called "Tamriel Unlimited" and then discovered that only about 2/5 of it was accessible, I would raise an eyebrow.

I sincerely hope that 2016+ we see a more frequent release of zones. By the beginning of 2016 ESO will have been out for 2 years and we will have seen just 2 additional zones. There are like 20+ zones that could be released.

By this map I would assume Tenmar is the first zone we will see in Elsweyr.

And I sincerely hope that someday ESO takes us away from Tamriel to the other lands of Nirn.

They already said there will be regular DLC every 3 months, that is a pretty aggressive approach. And at the launch they said that all of tamriel will eventually be in the game.

After Orsinium is Thieve's Guild and Dark Brotherhood... those DLC packs might not include any new zones. A new zone (or part of a new zone like how Craglorn was split up) every 3 months would be wonderful! Fingers crossed... tightly.
What ESO really needs is an Auction Horse.
    That's right... Horse.

They can always add in random Oblivion realms/pocket planes.

The trick may be in the wording. They didn't say consecutive months. ;)

Elsweyr is the one region I really want to see all of. I love the desert yet at the same lush and green scenery in Reapers March and I love the Khajiit building style which out of all the races is my favorite cultural building style.

What lazy? Really? They want to add lots to this game. There is so much to do.
And there is plenty of room for more areas to be opened up.

You realize that I was sarcastically responding to an incredibly idiotic post that has since been moderated, right? You realize that I'm not actually calling them lazy, instead I'm pointing out how ridiculous that stance is?

    This is Elsweyr:
    latest?cb=20120713191033
It can't be accessed yet, but it probably will in the future.

Lorewise, it can't be accessed because of the Knahaten Flu. It was one of Tamriel's deadliest diseases, lasting for 43 years, from the year 2E 560 to 2E 603. It spread from Black Marsh, where it started, to southern Morrowind and across the Topal Bay to Elsweyr. The entirety of Elsweyr suffered greatly from the Flu, though the city of Senchal suffered the most. A strain of the disease crossed the channel in 2E 560 and infected most of the populace. The whole city was burned to slow down the Flu, never to be rebuilt again.
The Bosmer stablemaster might refer to it in his "The Khajiit have suffered much lately" comment?
And yes all us Khajiit hope for an Elsweyr chapter.

It is basicly next to reaper's marsh and Grathwood.

I think a part of Reaper's marsh is Elsweyr too while the other part is Valenwood.

I might be wrong, I suck at geography both IRL and in game =).
