My Templar healer PvE build

Hey, I thought I'd post my Templar healer set up, its still in the early stages (Vet 2) Its served me well, when doing dungeons and vet dungeons for higher level friends but I'd be interested in hearing feedback, if you agree with what works or if you think some stuff isn't as efficient or could be improved somehow. So for the format I will post my skills and a brief explanation for why I use it and what I use it for. I have taken some hints from Deltia's gaming as well as random guides on I've found, who I can't remember/refind to credit. Not to mention my friends who I group with who tell me rather bluntly that something just isn't working. But thank you to all of you for the helpful advice and tips.

Firstly character set up-
Breton-Obvious healer reasons, those passives.
Armour- Light armour, I curently use 5 seducer and 2 Magnus. My goal of this was to have a high sustain templar who could heal constantly. I used to just spam bof and I can get through most dungeons just doing that without running particularly low on magica, but I find it not only boring but the occaisionally inefficient and superflous, so I now use it mostly as an oh *** heal or if the group is spread out.

Abilities-All magica, I go for a 5-2 health/magica enchantment split, currently I'm on 24k magica 16k health without food or buffs.
Magica recover is 1355
Health-397
Stam-565
Spell damage-900
Spell critical 28%
Spell resistence 9474
Physical 3k

My first bar:

1. Healing springs, low cost of magica (in comparison to bof) last for several seconds so if I can predict where the damage is going to come from I can drop a couple and back of, if an enemy comes to me, its my go to steady heal.
2. Luminious shards, now I've recently considered changing the morphs on this but for now I usually use it infreqently whenever my tank or Dps calls out for it or if its a protracted battle.
3. Combat prayer. I like to buff my guys with this before the battle then when I can throughout if I have the time, its just so useful. An extra 8% attack damage bonus and a small increase in spell and armour resistance makes it a why not option for me.
4.bof-Obvious reasons, if you don't have breath of life on your skill bar as a templar, I would love to know why not.
5-Inner Light- Increase my max magica, plus an increase in spell critical. It's too useful to not have.

Second bar:
1.Repentance- I'm probably neglectful of this sometimes, especially during mobs, I'm guilty of forgetting to use it until after the battle as a quick way for my tank and dps to regain stam. However I'm starting to use it more and more as a quick heal and stam regain, I use it mostly if I'm being targeted by the boss or several adds and need to roll out of the way, this lets me tumble about until a dps can save me.
2.Radiant oppression-This is an incredible execution ability. I usually use it for weak adds or low health bosses. The only problem you can have with it, is the channeling time, which you might have to roll to cancel then cast bof if any of your team is taking damage. I have to remind myself that I'm a healer not dps. So I like to throw down a couple of healing springs first, but if you see a low health add, I would say just use it. Less adds equal less damage done.
3. Channeled focus. This can be annoying since so many bosses drop aoes right where it is, however I like to cast it at the start of every battle anyway and whenever I can, just because of the magica regen and the damage reduction. I also use it for the rare moments I am low on magica as a quick way of recovering it.
4. bof again, its too useful to not have on both bars.
5. Inner light-same reasons.

I use a double resto staff for the heavy attacks, if I'm not using an ability, I'm heavy attacking to keep my magica topped up.

Then I use the Atronach mundus stone. There you have it, its the first guide, I've done so I hope its helpful. Any comments are welcome any alternatives or suggestions just as welcome.

I'm in all the alliances but this one is one is in the pact so if you want to see what its like in practice, send me a message over psn, my username is kpc13.

One thing you can do is switch out inner light for reflective light. both give you the same crit buff. you will lose 5% magicka but you'll gain some dps/CC at a small cost imho. Works well as a spammable AOE or a hit/dot for single target. Also which is nice its a dot allowing you to still dps while you heal. This works well if you have no dps on your bar and still want the buff. It also gives the group a spell power buff which is nothing to scoff at and gives ulti points. so all in all its a very good trade off. If you dont care much for trash/adds you can morph it to single target.

    Recap:

    5% Max Magicka
    10% crit

    VS

    10% crit.
    5% Group Spell Power buff.
    Ulti Point Generation.
DPS via AOE or SIngle Target.
    CC Snare
Takes 1 slot skill vs 2 with inner light ( assuming youre like me and get annoyed inner light turns off every time you switch bars to cast a different ulti or ability like shards)

Aura works quite well without morphing it into repentance. You do not need adds for it to be helpful. It still gives the group stamina regen ( and they dont have to chase down shards) and more importantly it gives you magicka recovery for healing (gives me around 230 recovery which is nothing to scoff at) Down side. It boosts recovery which shards bypasses for tank.
This is via PS4 so my numbers would be higher.

“All right, I've been thinking, when life gives you lemons, don't make lemonade! Make life take the lemons back! Get mad! I don't want your damn lemons! What am I supposed to do with these? Demand to see life's manager!
Make life rue the day it thought it could give Cave Johnson lemons! Do you know who I am? I'm the man whose gonna burn your house down - with the lemons!” (Portal 2)

17 Years MMORPG Experience healing and I still havn't figured out why people stand in red circles.

Hmm, I think I'm going to try both of them out, reflective light will be good on my vet 6 temp which I use as a joint dps healer and I like the idea of recovering magica, especially since repentance is dependent on adds. Thanks for tips!
