I just wanted to say well done ZOS for this particular special effect.
I rate it 11/10 (I would have given you 12/10 if the cloud of mist had been 3d volume instead of a 2d plane)
After the violence of the fight it almost feels like a tortured soul has finally found release and peace.
Its such a soothing gentle effect I didn't expect to see after killing a gargoyle.
And the sound just gels so well with the graphics at the same time.
Anyway, awesome.... well done who ever helped knock this one up in particular.
Does anyone else have video of special effects they just sit back and admire ?
I spent an hour killing gargoyles just to see this one.
