You use any bank to put things in your guild store, or buy from it.
    EQUALIZE ALL PLATFORMS!
IF ONE HAS IT...ALL SHOULD HAVE IT!

I don't care what platform it is on...an MMORPG without Text Chat is NOT an MMORPG!

Yeah you don't need to go to the Guild Store kiosk, you just use the bank and go to the Guild Store Option. Then you can use F to cycle through your guilds to find the one you want to buy from.
Falls-With-Grace ~ Shadowscale (Argonian Night Blade)
Selique Lasra ~ Captain, Smuggler, Swashbuckler (Redguard Templar)
Chases-Comets ~ Shellback Warrior (Argonian Dragon Knight)
Slissix-Kir ~ Swamp Shaman (Argonian Sorcerer)
    Hail Sithis..

Any bank (Square icon) in any major city will allow you to buy from and sell with any guild that you are a member of.

The guild store you bid on is for people in the game who are not in your guild. They place the bids in veteran zones because there obviously is more gold in selling vr items to end game players than low level stsrting zones.

Tl;dr really weigh the fun you have in game vs the business practices you are supporting.

It doean't work like that does it?

The stores are all shared across alliances.

For instance, a trader in Daggerfall is open to all daggerfall covenant. But it is also available to ebonheart pact members when they are in cadwell's silver. Members of the aldmeri dominion can access it when in cadwell's gold.

That's how I thought it worked it anyway.

Also, more than likely, the Kiosk is going to be in a different location next week. Some guilds keep their kiosks for a long time, maybe even permanently, most do not.

Note, do be aware of what zone the Kiosk is in and what level the zone is for. For example, if it is Zone 3, then L26 to L38, VR3/4 and VR7/8 armors/weapons/materials will sell more readily than off level for the zone stuff. This is not to say that other level items won't sell, but stuff that is set to the zone level has the best chance to sell. Other stuff will sell as people buy for their Alts or travel around from zone to zone looking for things.

Yes, this is true, but your not going to get to the other Alliance Zones until you have completed the Main Quest for the game, including the Sit Down with main bad guy (don't want to spoil). That means mid to upper 40's to VR1 is the lowest level expected to go into Silver, and VR6 or better for Gold

But there are lower/higher levels from other faction's in those zones too.

So even though you're vet 10 DC in riften looking for vet 10 stuff, there are vet 5 AD looking for vet 5 stuff and level 40 EP looking for their level stuff.
