I placed a ticket last night in-game for this issue, but wanted to drop a comment here as well. Have been subed since console launch. For some reason the billing and the crown giving are a little weird. Not very consistent. I seem to get a email every month that my ESO sub is renewed however as the title states not seen any crowns since August. Also I notice the time I get the email is not the same time I see money leaving the account. Not sure what deal ESO and Microsoft have worked out, but we need a little time spent here to clean this up.

Please let me know what you can do about the crowns not getting to my account.

    Same here, I've had ESO plus since console launch and haven't seen crowns since July. No crowns in August or September. Hopefully this gets sorted out with the maintenance they're doing.

    Me either. Sent a ticket and was told to provide proof of purchase. I did, and still nothing. About to place a stop payment and chargeback for loss of services.

    The kicker to this situation is they tell you to contact microsoft if you don't get your crowns. Microsoft has no clue what ESO Plus is. They can only see that you pay for it. Zenimax has to issue the crowns to your account. It feels like being ripped off paying for something and only getting half of what you pay for. The boon you get for ESO Plus is always active.

    Well I have seen others have this issue and get their Crowns so I know you can get them. I will just need to be patient and persistent.

    Zenimax issued my 1500 crowns after 3 weeks of back and forth between them and Microsoft. Waiting to see if September gets added automatically or if it's going to be another battle. The problem seems like missed communication between Microsoft billing and the zenimax account.

    I was thinking I was going to be in a battle of emails to get them. I waited to see if I got doubled in September before taking this route.

    @Viper_1st6 I still have received no emails from ZOS since yesterday. Do you remember how long it took them to contact you the first time?

    Each response took 1-4 days. They told me the delay was from me responding to the emails... I responded to the emails because it states that if you dont, they will assume your issue is resolved.

    Looking at my bank it seems I have been charged 16.08 in August on the 19th, but nothing has hit my paypal in September from XBOX. So I should at least have Crowns from August if we are basing this on whether I have officially paid or not.

    Seems like this is going to be all kinds of fun!!

    Yeah, this should have nothing to do with Microsoft. Why they tell you to contact them is beyond me. This is something that, as far as I can see, is account based with Zenimax. I don't have an eso account with microsoft. I don't pay microsoft for my eso membership, so why should microsoft be involved in solving this problem? It makes no sense to me. Hopefully an admin can clear this up.

    You do pay Microsoft for your ESO Plus membership. That's the confusing part.

    I had this problem and found out this is due on a big part to Microsoft. Last month they said they renewed mine on august 10th, but I was never charged. After contacting Microsoft I had to tell them to charge me for my membership hoping this would get me my crowns. Then after my time talking to Microsoft I contacted ESO and they informed my I received my crowns early getting them late July. Unfortunately I had no prof that I did not, and I did not pay close attention to my spending of crowns to notice if I received any. I am keeping a close eye on it this month and will make sure everything goes through right.
