ESO Guild trader and store question.

I was wondering if a guild store and a guild trader are linked together if you own both a guild store a guild trader, or is the guild store just for members within the guild. Cause I recently joined a cross faction trading guild and their guild trader is in the AD faction.

The guild store and guild trader are separate things. The guild store is available to guild members that have more then 10 (I think 10) members. The guild trader is available when a guild rents a trader in town and anyone can buy from that guild trader.

Shouldn't "hire" be a more appropriate word?

It is 50 members you need for the store, you need 10 for the guild bank.
