Flawless Harpy Feather - What's it used for?

I found it while doing the WW initiation quest - does it have any particular purpose? Someone in chat said to sell it in a store merchant, but it says its rare so I'd rather not until asking on here >.>

It's used to create a flying potion so you can fly in the air just like in morrowind

That is a collectible trophy, used to get achievements (can see achievement here: http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Online:Collectibles_Achievements). You "consume" them to get credit towards the achievement.

It is a trophy item. Lots of monsters have trophies that you can collect. You can see which trophies you have by looking at your achievements. It is also a bound item and can't be sold or traded to another person, it can only be "used" or sold to a merchant.

Acrolas

You don't use them anymore (as of the IC update). They now automatically count toward the achievement.

So once you find one, the only thing ZOS lets you do now is sell it. No more banking mob trophies or trophy fish.

think you got it bad ? I had mine in my bank . took them out today to use with my new main . they don't count and I cant put them back . put in a ticket but knowing zos ..fml
