Haven't received my crowns for this month or last month

    I subscribe monthly and each month receive an email confirming my renewal - however I've not received any crowns since July.

    Whoa! Have you contacted these guys about this? If not, I'll tell you what's going to happen, they'll e-mail you back in a day, telling you contact microsoft (who has nothing to do with this problem) so you'll contact microsoft and they'll tell you they can't help you with this problem, so you'll message these guys back and they'll tell you they need some information from you and proof that you have the eso plus, then they'll wait a few days before messaging you back at that point. That last part, that's the stage I'm on, in 2 hours it'll be 24 hours since I've heard from them. Be prepared.

    I am also missing last month and this months crown allowance. I am going to attempt to put a ticket in.
    But from what I've previously put tickets in for, I expect a big FU you basically.

    I'm still in dispute with customer service over not having my crowns. It's almost like your guilty until you prove innocent. I have now gone to Microsoft to get verification email that I have paid my subscription which I have now forwarded to customer service. Zenimax need to have a good hard look at their customer service.

    Latest update was this :- We have been looking into your problem and it has been forwarded to our advance team.

    How many advance teams do you have as this is the second time it has been passed on ?

    This is a *** joke, I'm in the same boat as you guys.

    For 2 months I haven't received my crowns, I noticed the month before last but decided to wait before submitting any tickets.

    It appears that ZOS couldn't care less if we receive what we have paid for or not. The sad part is this is far from being isolated incidents, I have multiple friends that have also been screwed, unfortunately most are just cancelling their subscription instead of taking this crapfest of a company to task.

    Let the fat cats of ZOS go without their wage for a couple of months and we will see how loud they squeal.

    I considered going on a massive cursing tirade to see how long it would take them to take my post down compared to their reaction time to satisfying customers, but decided against it as I want what I paid for.

    I figure I'll just update my thread every other day and submit tickets at the same frequency until I receive what is owed.

    Feel free to rant here as well.

    I just got my after a 11 day wait. Yes it sucked that it took 11 days but hey, I got them. My advice would be to launch a ticket if you haven't already, if you have then just wait. Be patience, they will get back to you. I know some guys/girls got their point with in a couple of days and as I said, my took 11 days.

    11 days is ridiculous. It would be nice if they had a "chat with a customer support" option, instead of this e-mailing back and forth nonsense.

    Congrats, I'm glad to hear they got back to someone. I'm at 6 days from my first submission. It would be nice if ZOS at least acknowledged the problem and gave a rough timeline on how long it would take to correct. Even if they said it would take 30 days I'd be happy with that, then at least you could see some light at the end of the tunnel.
