Where was the promised fix?
More importantly in some ways, why is there no acknowledgement of the issue from your end?
Who is in charge of customer support? Because they are failing at the very basics

Woman✭✭✭So I was leveling my NB Tank and going through the final quests with my grinding partner, it ended up taking over 4 hours to complete when I normally did it in 1 hour. Every few loading screens in Cold Harbour took a crazy amount of time, 15-20 min +. It was so draining that we only survived by watching House of Cards on our second monitor. For someone without a second monitor, it would probably be unplayable.
The strange thing was that when we finally exited the loading screen, we both did it at the exact same time- which is something I've never seen before. I wonder if they've established a que system or something?1 -

✭I think there is an issue with creating new instances personally. Any time you enter an instanced area it seems to take several minutes.0 -

When's the console update to IC exactly?
I really hope that you don't face the same issues we have on the PC.
This issue is game breaking for many, the idea that I can log on when I have an hours free time is no longer there. In an hour I'll spend 15 minutes in loading screens IF is stay in one location. Jumping between multiple zones means I won't have time to achieve anything.
That said, this thread is not about the loading screens themselves, more the total communication black out from Zos after a fix was promised for this week.

Zos doesn't care. As long as a higher percentage of players are logged into the game than are complaining here it's no rush to fix it if they fix it at all. Let's say 98% of the player base doesn't complain and 2% do. Do you really think they are going to rush to fix it.1 -
KronicDecay✭✭✭Its not only the loading screen for zones. It sometimes takes almost 5 minutes just to load to my character screen. Its sad I loved this game to death until the IC patch and now can hardly bring myself to play because it takes so long just to even load a char to simply do writs.2 -

Probably going to stall a few more weeks... and weeks... and weeks... until no one remembers that there actually were times with loading screens under 1 minute.

While I dont normally bring back old threads from the dead, I just felt that you should know that all those on PC feel for you and your new load times.
I don't normally say, "I told you so" but...
Joking aside, I think it's outrageous that Zenimax released the IC to you knowing that the load times are borked.
Almost as outrageous as the blatant rubbish by their guy telling us it would be fixed within the week.
From a fanboy to someone who can't be bothered to log in as the load times make it an exercise in watching paint dry, well done ZenimaxBetter late Than Pregnant....
