opinions on templar tank vs DK tank

My situation is I have a V14 dps stamplar redgaurd. I also have been lvling a V1 DK tank orc. I like both toons but was thinking of making the Templar a tank since its already v14 and has everything maxed out. Then make my DK a dps build. Then maybe switch them back after the they are both v16. Opinions? stay how I am or switch it up?

Seriously, both. Build your templar. As you play your characters will adapt and change. My main has maxed almost every skill available to him, both morphs.
