I am yet to see Xivkyn Legs? (Heavy)

Hey all, so as the Title says...
Have checked all Guild stores, well most in all the popular places and am yet to see Xivkyn Legs for Heavy. As the prices drop I plan to buy the Head, Chest and Legs but literally have not seen any legs. Maybe they are, for some reason extremely rare even compared to the Chest, or maybe they are glitched and do not drop. Or maybe I am somehow un lucky and have just simply not seen them in the store.
Has anyone else come across Xivkyn Legs, either in a Guild Store or has anyone found them?

I've dropped one, and one of my guildmate too. So it exist, but it seem pretty rare.

Got one at like day 3, immediately flipped it for 400k.

I got the ENTIRE motif book yesterday from one of those bosses with the flag on their back. Best loot I've ever picked up.
