If you subscribe to plus can you still buy the DLC?

I'm asking because you lose access to the DLC if you stop subscribing. So can you still buy the DLC when you are subscribed so that you have it if you later decide to cancel the subscription?

Yes, you can. If you open the Crown Store in-game you can still purchase the Imperial City for 2,500 Crowns. This way you retain access even if you let your ESO+ subscription expire.0 -

✭Yep first thing I did was login and buy the DLC. Then added a gamecard and ended up with exact same crowns I had before buying DLC.
