Bugged Character Ticket #: 150908-001650

My issue started occurring on 8/31, the day of the Imperial City launch.

When I enter Cyrodiil on some of my other characters, their Physical resist and Spell resist increase.
However, when I enter Cyrodiil on my VR 6 Templar Tank, his Physical resistance, and Spell resistance drop through the floor.
Note: His gear is fully repaired in all of these pics.

Screenshot #1 is in Craglorn, before porting into Cyrodiil:

Screenshot #2 is in Cyrodiil:

Screenshot #3 is in Imperial City:

Screenshot #4 is in Imperial City, while Naked - tabard kept on, to save my beast-of-a-tank's modesty, since, for some reason, he is a Ken doll :unamused: :

As you can see, in his 5 piece heavy, 1 piece light, 1 piece medium, 1h/Shield tanking set, he has *barely* more resistance than if he were brawling naked in a tabard ... He is seriously unplayable.

As a direct comparison, here is a screenshot of my VR 1 Night Blade, in 7 piece *medium* armor, without a shield, in Cyrodiil shortly afterward (I took her on the guild run, since my Templar tank is borked). Note the level difference, and that she has 226 *more* Physical resistance, at VR 1, as a ranged, stealth, DPS:

Please advise, and fix this as soon as possible.
I've had my Templar tank since 1 hour after the NA server opened up during early release, and I've been a paying subscriber the entire time since.

I *need* my Tank back.

Thank you for your time, and any assistance you can provide,

I was just contacted regarding my ticket, by support. Here is the Email I received:
    Greetings,

Thank you for contacting The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited team. In light of the excitement and great demand for ESOTU, we are currently experiencing high contact volume. We encourage you to search our support site at https://help.elderscrollsonline.com for any in-game topics or issues you may have questions about. There are lots of helpful FAQs and links to our social pages.

Most in-game UI issues (including NPC, quest problems and missing crowns/entitlements) can be resolved by logging out for five minutes then back in which will load you into a new game instance.

Additionally, other great resources for in-game mechanics can be found via our forums: http://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en

There are also many wonderful community wikis:

Please note, we have also recently released a new patch for PC/Mac including our first DLC game pack: Imperial City! Review the patch notes for all of the recent changes here: http://www.elderscrollsonline.com/en-us/news/category/patch-notes
    Best Regards,

As I'm sure you can see ... This has literally *nothing* to do with my issue.

That is the standard screening reply. Reply back to that ticket and see if you get a different answer. Noticed that as well. Your not the only person with that issue. I think they have had a lot of tickets with that.

I replied back with a link to this thread.
Maybe with the additional info, something will be done, and hopefully very quickly, since this character is completely unplayable in IC.

While the numbers seem horrible, have you tried taking a hit form NPCS and seeing if there was a difference? The UI could be saying you have no armor, but it could still be there. Try this:

Tank a v14 craglorn mob with armor on snd an addon like combat log statistics or FTC and record the individual hits with armor on and armor off. Repeat a similar fight with a mob in Cyrodiil. If the damage is the same armored or non armored, then it us indeed FUBAR. If it's different and matches you PVE numbers, then the UI is lying to you.

    Update:
I have been in contact with the support team, a few times, since posting this thread.
As SeptimusDova mentioned above, it does appear that the first email was, indeed, an automated, or default, filter email.

We are working towards determining the cause, and hopefully a solution, as I type this.

Kudos to the support team on the directed, and specific questions sent to me, via email.
Have some of these to fuel your hunt for a fix: :cookie::cookie::cookie:

That is one of the areas we are exploring.
This was the only character for which I had turned battle leveling off, and kept it off, prior to the IC patch.
