Has anybody gotten the in-game "Customer service" to work? I tried to report some bugs and everytime I am getting an error message. I can't remember exactly what the message is now, but basically it won't send it.
Web-site Technical support e-mail. Has anybody used that e-mail and gotten something other than a automated response? Seriously I have submitted 2 errors and both initial responses were from an automated robot that had nothing to do with my problem. This is especially annoying when right by the "SUBMIT" button is this message:
WE WON’T BE PASSING OFF YOUR TICKET TO A DWEMER AUTOMATON. REAL, LIVE HUMANS WITH HOPES AND DREAMS OF BECOMING EMPEROR WILL RECEIVE YOUR HELP TICKET. PLEASE BE KIND.
but I am always given an automated response...
