Campaigns with the new patch

I wonder if the removal of campaign buffs from PvE helped to make campaigns more populated.

Ps4 gripe, that in vet levels mainly the Azura is balanced in regards of population, but at nights it has a long queue to get in.
I wish to see the other ones being less one sided.

Those who play on PC, are the "buff" campaigns gone? Have they received a larger influx of players?

If you're looking for Cyrodiil combat then the IC patch made that even less populated. However you will still find almost all campaigns locked with players inside the IC.

Guess that would even out eventually, once the freshness is gone.

I am curious more about good ol' Cyrodil countryside warzone, if the removal of Cyrodil buffs from PvE would change the one sidedness of buff-campaigns where one factions owns everything, opening them up for a more balanced gameplay in regards of population.

The only way they're going to fix buff campaigns (which once sewer locks come in will become IC campaigns) will be to merge them into less to force players onto the same campaigns.

However we all know they can't support that right now due to the lag issues (which greatly improved outside of IC).
