In my whole time of playing ESO I've never gotten to actually morph Meteor into Shooting Star untill just recently. Meteor has an actual projectile that hits the ground unlike Shooting Star, where the projective doesn't appear, rather it only starts with the light-blue spot on the ground with no casting animation.
Is that intended or just a bug that has been overlooked for far too long? That way nobody, neither the caster or the target, can tell if the ultimate is gonna hit them.
Edit: This no longer is the issue for me. It went away 2 days after I posted this thread, which btw was half a year ago so let's not bring up my old threads cause that seems to happen all the time, lol. I'd assume it's only a temporary bug, stick with it around for a bit and see if it fixes on its own.

Today we make our stand. Today we take back the Ruby Throne, which is ours by ancient right and the blessings of the Divines.
