Can Zos fix those annoying UI bugs already?

This is basically a console issue, if zos are going to force people on console to use that crappy UI that is without the most basic information and doesn't even have number can you actually make sure it works?
Half the time in pvp my hp bar will bug so it doesn't show how much shield i have if i put them or or will always shows it's fully despite me not casting it.
Or the one were you hp won't recover to full and you end up running around with 50% of your max hp.
Also if the only indication of some skills working is in the animations can you make it when theres a medium size group my animations decide to not work? i would like to know if i'm weaving my light attack or actually casting crushing shock? most time my character just pushes his staff forward and nothing comes out.
Also the fact i can't see if frag is proc'd is really important and frag is the bread and butter of sorc builds and is really important?
If your going to make console players play without the most basic mmorpg UI then can you at least make sure it works?
