I keep seeing people kill each other at a certain spot over and over.... Thought this was patched on PC? When will we get this Patch?

✭✭Duels take place in PvP all the time, it's patched by getting rid of the AP awarded to players who were killed again within a certain time frame.不動の Steadfast - Unwavering
