Several problems after patch 2.1.4

1. Long loading screens on lacation change. The time is increased in 2-3times compared on before patch
2. Common eso application hangs up and not responding after switching with alt+tab while waiting on loading screen.

gameplay
1. Sometimes mobs in IC cannot be initially attacked with some skills (may be from stealth), they are in range, skill icon is active but skill does not work. Was noticed with Ambush skill and wreaking blow. When you break stealth and start fight with anothe skills or light attach they work normally.

    Or how about all those dropped packets... where you character can still move around in the game but the environment stops responding... had this happen numerous times yesterday. Also, severe lag, where you'd fire a weapon and it'd take a sec or two before it hit the enemy, and then it'd be like FF as the enemies would be hitting you but you wouldn't see them coming. In addition, LONG load screens, even had a couple CTD yesterday. Strangely enough, I played during the week after the patch and things didn't seem to be so bad, but once the weekend hit, most notably starting on Saturday night (obviously more players logged in) these problems started occurring and occurring with more frequency. I'm not talking IC either, I'm talking regular, lower-level PvE questing.

    I had no problems with pocket loss and any delays on skill use. The problem i described concerns only initial strike. And there is no delay, skill do not work at all. It looks like there is error with obstacle or levels & algorithm wrong-counts that target is inaccessible.
