ESO plus or FTP + Crown Store?

I'm curious to know what Zenimax would really prefer if they had the choice?
I ask because, as an ESO plus member and paying/supporting player since the beginning, I am having trouble justifying giving Zenimax 15 bucks a month for virtually nothing:
- 10% more gold.......virtually worthless since I make most of my gold from player to player / guild store transactions
- 10% more exp........useful only because it applies to CP pts.
- 10% to craft...........useless because I'm max craft and the 10% does not apply to the "no longer than 30 days" limit would help if that 10% applies AFTER the 30 day limit.
- 1500 crown stipend..........only used for extras or pets/ collectibles I can do without so my crowns are piling up.
So I guess what I'm saying is.....if you would prefer ESO plus players then you need to BOOST benefits to us loyal players.
Two things i can think of right off the bat are:
- First in line queue times....so ESO member would get bumped past any FTPer.
- Better customer support.....I remember the first 6 months, you had an in game problem and asked for help and a CSR would show up in literally minutes. Now it takes hours if at all with only an out of game e-mail later. I want that immediate response time back
Any other suggestions from fellow dissatisfied ESO members?

✭First in line I agree with. Customer support has to go to every one equally only because the game is NOT F2P. BabeestorGor✭✭✭✭There aren't any FTPer since they all had to buy the game and Zenimax are hardly going to risk offending people who it wants to spend money in the Crown Store besides which Customer Support should be decent for everyone which it was the 1 time I needed it.
You forgot 1 bonus you get, not having to pay for dlc. Not worth much atm but if ZOS keep to their promised schedule (a big if I admit) that will be quite worthwhile in time.

Yep, that is exactly what I am thinking about doing unless Zenimax makes being a member more enticing.

✭✭Well, right now on console, being an ESO+ member is becoming less and less appealing since our monthly allotment of Crowns may or may not show up.0
