Rubedite cannot be used for Crafting specialty crafting stations

I am at the Night Mother crafting station and have level 50 blacksmithing and have put a skill point in every skill enhancement for blacksmithing but I am apparently not allow to make a level VR 15 Night Mother cuirass. What is the deal? Why can I only make mundane armor and specialty craft station armor? I have researched at least 7 traits for cuirass. Only six are required. I made the level 14 version but cannot make level 15 version. Why

Do you have 10/10 on the first Blacksmithing passive?

Is Rubedite the raw ore ( that you need 10 to make the mat) or the mat to actually craft with?

Rubedite is the ingot used to craft Vr15 and 16 items.

Rubedite cannot be harvested like the other resources in the game. It can only be obtained through Tel Var stone purchase or deconstructing a V15 or V16 item.

I have made items using the new materials at special crafting stations although not the Night Mothers yet. The only requirement that crafting the V15/V16 items is you must have 10/10 on the material level.

Only thing i can think of is that you forgot to select the 'craft set armor' icon on top of the crafting screen (and had the 'craft normal armor' selected instead).

You can also get rubedite from mobs in IC.
