Psijic's Fragments -- Is there a trade/selling market? (PS4 US)

Hey all,

I've been working with a friend to try to collect the necessary fragments on our toons to be able to make the Psijic's Ambrosia. Is there a buyers/traders market for duplicate parts. That being said, is there a forum where people normally try to engage in trades/sales/buying. We've got a duplicate of Part 3 and are looking to trade it for 1, 4 or 6, or just sell it out right. Thanks for any guidance that can be provided. Ebonheart Pact btw, if that even matters for the selling.

I am on Xbox, but I see fragments for sale at the guild traders. The run around 100k. I would just go to the major cities and in area chat say you have fragment 3 that you are looking to trade or sell. You should find someone.
