On Double Take

So on my stealth build I noticed something when I cast double take to get the 4 seconds of speed my stamina recovery is set to one. This happens in sneak mode while I am auto running. Currently Double take is rank 3. I have reported this but I am curious if any other Nightblades have noticed this occurring.

I never use double take, but in the newest patch notes double take will give you a good speed boost.

Yes that is my main use for using it in my build although the dodge buff is nice. What I am mentioning is the fact that after using it my 1006 stamina regeneration is set to 1.

Oh ok. I misunderstood that. Did you try to respec or make a service ticket in game?

I don't think it has anything to do with Double Take. Blocking, sprinting, and sneaking should reduce your stamina regen by 100%. Mine is 0 with or without Double Take when sprinting or moving while stealthed.

Its a major flaw since game launch, if stamina stops regenerating under those circumstances so should magica regen... Devs hate stamina.

I can confirm, I've tested this with my V16 Nightblade in pve zone and it seems that this has nothing to do with Double take. While I'm moving in stealth, my stamina regeneration is 5. As soon as I stop moving, it goes back up to normal number.

Well here is the thing I use the 5 piece night silence set to negate that penalty. On that build I stay in stealth with my sneaky bar up my stamina regeneration is at 1006 even if I am moving. When I cast double take to get the speed bump my regeneration goes to 1. If I stop then move again it is back to 1006 so in this particular build it has everything to do with using Double Take.

Yes I have put in a bug report on this but was looking to compare what I was doing to what other NB where doing to further the report details.
