Can't log in to my characters at all, sick of this

I cannot log into MOST of my characters including my MAIN, as they are in Rivenspire and the loading screen is endless (left it for 10mins+ and no progress, many many attempts). This is not acceptable as it means I cannot play the game I am paying an active subscription for.

Please don't send me a stock text reply with idiocy about addons (disabling them hasn't helped), router or similar. I need you to move my characters please, or otherwise allow me to access them.

Awaiting your urgent help.

    I've had no problem with "inifinite" loading screens as others reported until today. Yesterday I logged my main in Craglorn or somewhere, ported to Rivenspire with no problem, logged off. Today I want to login, and no... infinite loading screen (well not literally infinite, I killed eso.exe after 10 minutes). Tried it 3 times, no success.

    edit: lol, I've been reading forums and wrote this during yet another login attempt, and guess what ... after say 15 minutes it eventually finished, I'm now strolling around Shornhelm :D

    If you are on PC/EU ZOS is according to a german forum post already looking into it.

    I managed to get to Rivenspire after several attempts of 15-20mins. Latency is around 500 but you can use the wayshrine and switch to another zone.

    Had same issue but tried once more and now I could log into the character in Rivenspire
