Bug: Imperial Prison Lord Warden Dusk (VET HARD MODE)

Yesterday, we went into the Imperial Prison Vet mode. Fighting the final boss (Lord Warden) was a bit more challenging then I think it is supposed to be. The problem is that right from the beginning of the fight until he flies to the top we had only one or a few times even no portal at all. This caused at least two members of our group to die in at least five tries.
We tried different scenarios where we tried to dps as much as possible, or tried to wait after one portal has already spawned. This had no effect at all. I really like the mechanics but this was really frustrating. Could you please fix this ?
