"Press E to activate" bugs out all the time.

It seems the "Press E to activate" pop up bugs out constantly. The only way to get the pop up back and resume the looting seems to be to find whatever skill caused it (don't know how whatever why), activate that skill again and the pop up will return. Usually this involved a lot of key mashing, weapon swapping and skill spamming.
