Alleged missing recipes

I heard that some of the recipes available on PTS haven't actually made it to live. Is this intended? Khajiit requires more cooking options!!

I noticed this as well. I'm starting to think it was intentional because if you look at the master recipe list https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1id92dghezDm5XpXxoMyAzbm2eE3TaNhj5M17OuhJBKE/pubhtml# notice any familiar recipes in each group? They only released 1 recipe per "grouping". I've been trying to tell this to my trade guilds to which all I've gotten is "IC was just released, they haven't all been found yet".

I've noticed this as well. I have a need to know all the recipes and I can't. I am not happy

Recipes to make Lv1 foods can be found in containers in your faction's starter island.

Can't remember where i started, its the baked apples recipe, after a google people seem to have problems finding this to hand it in.

I can't say it is missing, but it is a rather rare recipe. Mine dropped from the Level 1 provisioning writ. In the mean time you could ask around to see if another player has that recipe and ask if they could make it for you if you provide the ingredients and perhaps give them a tip for their services. I am sure someone would be willing to help.

I don't use a mic so would be hard for me to ask some, unless there is someone on here that could help?

Then your best bet then is to take a look in the guild stores for it. It will most likely be no more than 500g or so on the consoles. On PC most Green recipes go for a max of 200g.

Thank you but i tried it with no luck, have messaged a few on my friends list and non have it as well.

That's true. Only 1 out of 3 possible recipes of each type is available in game.

What platform and server are you on?

I *may* have acquired multiple versions of the recipe, and if I have (and the stars align with regards to platforms and servers), it's yours.

Sorry I couldn't be more help.

I definitely have the recipe - and I suspect I stole it in one of the starter areas. In Daggerfall, I mostly stuck to looting (carefully) in the bank. Purely because that's where one of my mule characters lives....and she doesn't leave very often.

I definitely have the recipe - and I suspect I stole it in one of the starter areas. In Daggerfall, I mostly stuck to looting (carefully) in the bank. Purely because that's where one of my mule characters lives....and she doesn't leave very often.

I will have a look there again, think i'll have to break into some houses

so far i've only found the new recipes in IC areas. others were saying you could find them anywhere.

I keep being told I can get them from max level provisioning writs, but 8 max level provisioning writs every day for a week has just provided a glut of the same old recipes (I do not need another Hasphat's Sticky Guar Tonic, no matter how... appetising... it sounds)

There is still nothing mention in the notes about these recipes that, as I see it, are either so rare that no amount of looking in anything around Tamriel will bring them to light, or are intentionally being held from us. I'd really love to know which is which because the completion-ist in me is absolutely crying.

Oh man....I searched for days for a GCB recipe...then the bloody things turned up everywhere

I'm pretty sure I dumped a number of 'em into a guild bank <_< >_>

There are a couple of 1st tier provisioning writ recipes that I was never able to find, even to this day

Even the purple recipes, of which there are supposedly 4 in food, and 4 in drink, I have still only seen Longfin Pasty With Melon Sauce, and Lusty Argonian Maid Mazte. Conspiracy!

I have now found all of the new recipes (that are actually in the game) with finding Lusty Argonian Maid last night. Any word yet on when the rest of the IC recipes will come out? Apparently I'm of a handful that cares? @ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_JasonLeavey

Ugh, it's that darn Nut Brown Ale for me. So elusive! But I'll have to go back and check starter islands as I haven't scoured them for recipes yet (despite doing 1st tier provisioning writs for 4 characters every day for weeks).

Edit: PC NA server in case anyone is kind enough to sell a recipe or make some for my lowbie for the writs.
