Tel Var Lockboxes

I've gathered a couple thousands of TVS and I wonder what do these lockboxes contain? Especially the "Imperial Reward" boxes. I am aware that they contain armor set pieces but what about Imperial Reward ones and the costumes? What's the chance of getting one?

I forget which costume comes out of the box. One of the Xyvkyn ones, I think. But I haven't been paying that much attention to the collections tab, to be honest.

There are 3 Xivkyn costumes to be looted from the mperial Reward lockbox and yeah it seems like very few people (if any at all) are looking into these boxes or costumes. Just tried to buy the cheapest one worth of 600TVS or something, got heavy boots set.

Btw I'm curious about something. The new pieces worth of 1k - 10k TVS - the 1k ones are scaled to your rank, however the 10k purple ones are straight vr14 (or vr15, whichever rank was it). Therefore I wonder why would one spend 10k TVS for the exact same piece of an item that he could buy scaled to his rank for 1k instead, only needing to temper it.
