Not gaining XP

So I have noticed at times while I am in the IC that I will stop gaining XP while I am killing mobs. At first I thought that it might have been because of the size of the raid that I was in down in the sewers but I had later noticed it while I was up top in the city with a group of about 6 people. Even on mobs that I had killed entirely by myself I was not gaining XP. I jumped into a TS with another raid yesterday and heard somebody say something about it too so I know I'm not the only one. It wouldn't be that big of an issue if I wasn't running XP scrolls while this happened, but it still sucks not receiving the XP that I earned for my character. What do you guys think? Anybody else experiencing this bug?

LiquidZ✭✭✭I also forgot to mention it doesn't stay that way. It just seems to "shut off" my xp gains for a few minutes and then I will start fighting and will start gaining XP again.0

LiquidZ✭✭✭Nobody? I would think this would be a bigger issue. Oh well. Hopefully it doesn't continue too frequently.0
