Yew for crafting?

Why is it so hard to find yew? I've tried both gathering and checking a lot of guild stores in all three realms, but it's very, very scarce.

Yew can rarely be found in your 5th zone (Bangkorai, The Rift, or Reaper's March) it's fairly common in Coldharbour. Whenever I grind in Coldhabour I put all the yew I find up for sale in the guild store but it's gone in 10-15 minutes. I think you could make a fairly good game income just farming Yew, Ebony, and Ebonthread in Coldharbour. They're very much in demand.

On ps4 theres tons of it all over Coldharbor ..its really not to hard to get lest on ps4

Thanks, guys. I'm not at Cold Harbour yet, so that's the problem. Strange that it's not available in the guild stores though.

I find it in Cyrodill as well. But loads more of it in Coldharbour.
