Cannot re-enchant my Mara's Blessing Neck - FIX PLEASE

Hello again! Apologies for the confusion. Thank you to all the people that provided the additional information. The screenshots were quite helpful @Paulington and @briandivisionb16_ESO.
After testing Mara's Blessing, the quest reward necklace, we did discover the issue that was keeping this item from being enchanted. The issue has been resolved and this necklace will be able to be enchanted in an upcoming Live update!
Today is Friday the 18th and I still can't put an enchantment on my necklace. The option simply does not appear like shown in screenshots previously in this thread.
I hope this gets fixed, soon.
