Upgraded old sets

Which of the olds sets are now aviable in V16? The old PVP-sets just if you get them mailed?

There are so many sets in the game. We just need an option to increase their level by using the mats required for crafting somehow. Otherwise all endgame builds run 3-4 sets because the rest are lower levels and not competitive.
