Sorcerer's Hardened Ward Ability In Cyrodiil

Hey, I've just entered Cyrodiil with my sorc, and even though the hardened ward normally provides me with an almost 10K damage shield, in Cyrodiil it's about half that amount.

My question is, has it always been this way? if not, Is it a nerf from the Imperial City update? If not, is it a bug?

Its a nerf came with new update. all shields are reduced %50. also damages reduced.

You can check the battlespirit buff/debuff in character screen while in pvpland. It reduces dmg,healing and dmg shields by 50%
