What Lockboxes to be specific unlock Xivkyn Costumes

Hey all, I noticed the Xivkyn Costumes or Skins today in the collectibles section. Saw that it says they can be unlocked very rarely from Imperial Lockboxes. I went to the Lockbox merchants of which there are two, but am not sure specifically which lockbox to buy and who from? I assumed it was the Green Box for something like 600 Tel Var but not to sure.

If anyone could let me know that would be great. And if anyone could link a picture of any of the 3 Xivkyn Costumes (Not the actual Armor) I'd be greatly appreciative.

It'd be cool knowing if the blue box has a higher chance than the green box, seeing as the price difference is 5400 tel var stones. I've just been trying my luck with the green ones so far just because they're cheaper, but no luck as of yet.
