That's funny because I saw someone do it just last week on Chillrend. It needed fixed but elegant design was never ZoS's strong point.

Been able take the scroll from behind a closed gate since release. Not tried this patch though

He means no-one has been stupid or annoying enough to do it for months, not that you couldn't if you were that way inclined. Figures you would respond to that like its some sort of skill test.

@Rylana It was past 3am and I had to be up for work today! 4 hours of sleep was sufficient to function on a conference call, then I went and took a nap to catch up.

Too many people are obsessed with farming in IC, and nobody is in Cyrodiil.

On the bright side, I got to test out a lot of things as emperor post-patch. Other than the proxy/tether/bats or proxy/dawnbreaker combos, being emp is rather meh these days. Stalker, Logo's, and Zazeer are all good players, we've all been emp a few times before and have been considered overpowered (as an emp should be) in our times. It's depressing how low the emp powers have fallen.

For me the only difference i am noticing is the Ulti gen screw up and siege damage, other than that it all comes down to build and i am loving it as always, although my survivability is down a bit atm due to my build not yet being finished

I ran the same build as you had yesterday for about 2 hours (I only played as emp for about 4 hours before going to sleep). I found proxies did 10k, bats about 12k if you got someone full duration, tethers also about 10k. I was able to cast both sequentially a lot of the time.

I also tried my OLD stam build for batnado, and found that even with ~50k stam, they didn't hit hard enough to feel right - and the proxy burst was lacklustre.

The ulti-gen buff worked for me (blood spawn was noticeable). What issue did you have?

Regarding survivability, three good players will take out an emp these days. One amazing player can as well - though I only tried 4 duels when I had it, and won them all. I'm not a great duellist, so that's not saying much! The major advantage 1v1 is the regen, as you can get a caltrops off while in a magicka build, and still be able to roll dodge 4-5 times.
