Proposal regarding the blocking nerf

Now that there is no stamina regen while blocking, stam builds can no longer regen the pool that their weapon abilities take from while blocking, but magicka builds can. A magicka build can block with their staff and regen magicka to fire off again but if a stam build blocks with their stam weapon they can't regen the pool that their abilities use. I say, to balance this out, if we're going to keep this no stam regen while blocking, you shouldn't regen magicka while blocking either.

i atleast agree something needs to be done, this ruined sword and board medium armor builds. People who ran medium just for the regen
