Problem with in-game mail

Don't know if this is the right place or not, pls let me know.
Tonight, 3 Sep, at approximately 9:05 pm - US east coast time - I made a deal with another player in which I sold him 99 steel ingots for 675 gold. I sent him the bars via the in-game mail system, COD. A few minutes after I sent them to him, he said he didn't get them; then he said he couldn't get them to download. I suggested maybe he didn't have enough money to pay for the COD, but he said he had plenty of money. I suggested if he couldn't download the ingots, send them back to me, and I'll mail them again. After about another 10 minutes, having sold 3 more items and not having received any mail back, I logged off, and then logged back in. When I checked, the other 3 players had sent me the money back, but from the player who purchased the 99 steel ingots, still nothing.
The other players name is: Ugraluo The Steel Wall.
We're on the NA server (PC).

I am having the exact same issue. 9hrs ago, i sold 5 x stacks of voidstones, to the same player, via the guild store,but, i only have the money for 3 of them in my mail on logging in this morning.
This is the second time this has happened, first time, i thought i had made an error, but obviously not.
I am on the EU server (PC).
I like to sell alot, but if i am only getting 2/3s of what is owed, but the buyer is getting his goods, i am obviously not too impressed.

Sixsixsix161✭✭✭Disregard my initial post. The steel ingots finally were received by the buyer, approx. 2-3 hours after I sent them to him.

Unfortunately, this is still happening to me, nothing come through after 24hrs. Sold something 3 hrs ago too, nothing yet.
