What is the normal Max Stamina now?

On my imperial stamplar 1.6, I used drinks and had around 23k Max stamina.

Everyone I've been talking to on 2.1 though has like 27-29k Max stamina with drinks.

Did something change and I just missed it? Or does the v16 armor enchantments just give that much more?

Usual - devote all points and enchants to stamina and get around 28-30k including roll/block/break free vs doing the same with magicka and getting 38-42k... ZOS do not seem to grasp that less stamina plus lower stamina regen plus extra actions to process plus similar costs leads to massive imbalance.

Obviously stam players will figure out ways to survive the pogrom but that does not give ZOS any excuse for elevating their favoured style over others.

I can only assume they decided to stack the deck instead of learning to play?

Stam builds do waaay more damage than magicka, even with such a large discrepancy in main stat. I noticed it when I was playing a stam build pre-patch, and then switched back to magicka (same character) after the patch. DPS meter shows me like 2-3x higher in stam.

I noticed a drop in my stats as a Stamina Nightblade, largely from armor set changes. I am wondering if it is time to return to being a Magicka NightStaff again.

Did the stats for magicka drop as well?

I have a related question: what sort of health values are DPS characters shooting for in PvP?

It seems the consensus before was roughly 20K to prevent 1-shots, but I'm just curious as to whether the community has coalesced around a new number as of yet.

A post on here a few days back showed all crafted sets nerfed pretty hard
