Has anyone noticed cloned NPC overlay in Coldharbour fighters guild

In Coldharbour Fighters guild a bunch of NPC's are having a drink around the bar. Two of the characters, (Holgunn and Vikord Skullcleaver), have a clone stood in the exact spot they are. The clones are out of sync, as Holgunn lifts his mead and tips back his head to drink you can see an extra torso stood holding his jug of mead, this is the same with Vikord. It's a bit creepy when Holgunn turns his head and his face looks like a conjoined twin with three eyes.

This isn't a game breaking glitch, if anything its quite funny.
