I know your 'supposedly' looking into this, but the games been out three months now and as much as I love it, the fact I'm getting 'Dropped from servers every 10 minutes make the game extremely unplayable and have considered selling it just because of this. I contacted customer support several times and I only get redirected to the forums and go back to where I started. You seemed like nice people when I actually did get help from you, but the nicest way I can put this is, Get your *** together. If it helps at all, this only happens when I'm on my nightblade and not on my other 2 characters. Sorry for the bad use of language back there but I felt it was only necessary.
