In-game Ticket System Broken

I already posted about this elsewhere, but I thought it would be a good idea to post here too. Out of 4 tickets I've submitted in-game since the patch 2 of them didn't go through.

In one case I got this when I hit submit:

In the other case I only know it didn't work because I got a reply to a CS ticket I sent in-game on Tuesday. On Tuesday I had just submitted /feedback, got the "feedback successful" screen, and immediately sent a CS ticket in-game because when reading the "feedback successful" screen I noticed it said there would be no reply, and I should submit a CS ticket if I wanted a reply. So my CS ticket was basically just me saying "I want a reply on the /feedback I submitted 30 seconds ago.

Today I got a reply from CS (after I first had to reply to the initial automated "we are experiencing high volumes, please check our knowledge base" reply, to say "no I want a real reply") saying this:
Thank you for contacting me here at The Elder Scrolls Online : Tamriel Unlimited!

I am very sorry but it would seem that we have not received a feedback ticket from you recently. Is it possible that you have sent it from another email address maybe?

So even when you submit a ticket in-game and it tells you that it was successfully submitted, it doesn't actually go through? This is a serious problem! If your ticket submission system is broken, who knows what bugs and problems people are submitting tickets about? Who knows what ones are most common and should be prioritized? Who knows how many customers you're losing because they never got the reply that they asked for on their issue, because the ticket never got through!

@ZOS_MollyH @ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_JessicaFolsom this is a very major problem! If 2 of my own tickets (out of a total of 4 since the patch) can fail to go through, then how many tens of thousands of tickets are you guys simply not aware of, because you're not getting them?


Furthermore, I consider that collectibles must be bankable.
