Huge Quest Icons Since Update

I have these huge quest icons that show up since the patch. I don't use addons and I have repaired. The inactive quest markers use to be the same size as the active quest markers. Most of the time after they go really large they move over to the right and hang there until I make the quest active and then inactive.

Another bug I can confirm. Have had that happen while doing the memorial district questline, step where you need to collect burning pitch. This also resulted in a UI error on every loading screen, relating only to ZO_ prefixed lua files. While I do use a boatload of addons, I have none that concern quests and their compass pins.
