Unable to send mail

Every time I try to compose an in game message and hit send I get the notification that the player doesn't exist. I have tried it enough times with multiple people to be confident that I am not trying their names incorrectly. Even if I try to reply to somebody that has messaged me it still tells me that that gamertag doesn't exist.

robwolf666✭✭✭✭✭We've got the same problem, it either says the player doesn't exist or we can't communicate with that player. Since we have no mic the in-game mail system would've made a good plan B, but we're denied that as well 'cause it hasn't effing worked since the game came out so far as I know. So we can't communicate.

TheDoo87✭Its annoying because people are able to send mail to me, but I can't reply. also if I want to post an item to somebody I can't so I have to wait till we are both online to 'trade'.0

Ratbert✭✭Find the player in friends list, guild list, or in person and view their gamer card. Back out then try to compose and send the mail again. This works every time for me. You can then send mail to them fine until you log out. Once you log out and back in you have to view the gamer card of the person you want to send mail to again. Each time you log in new you have to do the above at least once for the session.
Annoying, but better than nothing by a landslide.
Also this works if the player is offline. Just need to view gamer card first.Edited by Ratbert on September 3, 2015 1:53PM0 -
