Seal of Three Quest - Defeat Maulborn Priest Sathram

I noticed that this Question has been asked for PC players last year but now I'm having the same trouble. Was it bugged? If so it needs fixing again.

For the Seal of Three Quest I'm supposed to 'Defeat Maulborn Priest Sathram' in the Tribunal Temple at Mournhold. However, all is not going according to plan.

I'm supposed to deactivate the Relics (in the order in which I did the challenges), but when I've run around like a demented greyhound deactivating the Relics there's only a fraction of a second to attack - thank heaven I have a bow because I certainly don't have time to run up to him.

However, he doesn't have a Health Bar and because he has no Health Bar my Skills Bar doesn't activate - so I couldn't attack him even though I want to.

So yeah, I presume the Quest is bugged because it's the first time I've seen an enemy - actually anyone - without a Health Bar. Any chance of fixing it please?

Sorry for the double post but I didn't want to have to Edit again.

I've just realised that I cannot complete this Quest, therefore I'm unable to go any further with the Ebonheart Pact Main Quest. So my reason for playing eso is VOID! NULL! FINISHED! A COMPLETE WASTE OF MY TIME! THANKS FOR THE BUG ZOS!!!

I reached this conclusion by carrying on playing and returning several times to the Mournhold Temple (and replaying the FULL Quest again, and again, and again, and again, you get the idea?!?!) to see if the Maulbourne Priest suddenly developed a Health Bar - he never did! On my journey I discovered the next part of the Main Quest - but because I hadn't completed the previous part I couldn't do the next part and finish the Deshaan Main Quest.

I've also encountered other bugs on this (the US Sever). So I will not be returning to it until and unless you notify that you've fixed ALL the bugs I've had - and this does NOT cover the many crashes, lags and Glitches that have happened.
