Is anyone else having problems with this quest? PS4 doesn't look like the thing is spawning and the AI are attacking the wall

Ah cool, thanks. First thing you could try is leaving the Barrowbough and doing something else for a while to allow the area to reset. If that doesn't work, then the best solution is probably to abandon the quest and try again.
