Possible new Account Bundle?

So I was thinking today, what if there was an account bundle that allowed you to change the appearance of your characters and your race at any time you wanted? I don't really like the idea of having these as individual purchases for individual characters, I'd rather pay a decent amount of crowns to have this as a permanent option. So have both race and appearance as a new bundle for your ACCOUNT. However, I know this could be a problem with the Imperial bundle with the any race/alliance. So maybe this option could be available AFTER/ONLY when you have purchased the Imperial Edition... which most of us have as it's pretty much needed IMO.

Maybe sell this bundle for 1500-2000 crowns?

I don't know if this has been brought up or not, I have just seen this as more of a request for individual character purchases. What are your thoughts on this?

    Imo, 1500-2000 crowns would be a fair price for one time purchase.
    I really don't want to see a permanent, change whenever I want purchase.
    A LOT of players would abuse this because of racial bonuses.
    I'm sure many would anyways, but ZOS needs to make money, too.
    A permanent account unlock would add up to a lot of potential revenue loss.

    For sure, but I think in the long run they would definitely get a lot more revenue from this rather than a single purchase. People will get to where they don't want to change it at all so they won't purchase an individual thing. But they may just buy it to have it in case they want to test things out. But I personally wouldn't buy a single purchase just to test something out, only something that would be beneficial in the long run.

    This is pretty much an expansion pack to the Imperial Edition with its perks. It would be something that everyone would end up buying in the end which definitely helps at a business stand point. I just don't think they will have more buyers with a single character purchase over a one time buy for your account.
