Grimmer still and a door into moonlight bug!!

So when you finish grimmer still, you are in the khaz rawlith in fort grimsworth. And this point you are supposed to speak with a character by the name of khali to pick up the quest a door into moonlight.

I did not. I left the temple to do something else thinking I'll just come pick this quest up a little later on.

When I have gone back to the khaj rawlith the door will not open and I can't get in to pick up the quest to progress the story.

I have to tried to lodge a ticket but it keeps coming up with an error, if any one at all can please help me it would be greatly appreciated!

How did you solve the problem??????
When I finished the quest, she did not offer another quest a door into moonlight.. I have returned to double check and I can get through the door, but she isn't there neither is her sister. What can I do?? I can now no longer progress through the story

On another note, if you ever have an issue and post on a forum for a solution, would you not see it as a good idea to post that solution??!?
