I also have the problem, that when I zone into the Imperial City that I get a second loading screen as soon as I move forward and then I drop through the world and end up dead at the bottom... happened to me several times now in the IC Sewers...

On top of that, during combat in the sewers, I noticed that my lightning Ultimate (Energy Overload) also stops working. I very often can't use any skill at all - ESC and other tricks do not help there.
The animation looks broken of any attack... only blocking seems to work :-(

It's Saturday AM at 11:30 and I have spent the last 30 min trying to travel from Mournhold to Rivenspire on PC/NA and cannot load there, even after 5 minute loading screens. Been shutting down at the 5 min mark and restarting the client to try again and again.

So the latest patch has been and gone with no fixes to loading screen times and not even a note in 'known issues'. Brian stated in past comments on this forum that fixes for loading screen times would be included in the latest patch this week, but they didn't materialize and no further mention of loading screen problems has been acknowledged.

@ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_BrianWheeler I started this thread to make it clear the issue is widespread, can you please confirm there are problems with loading screen durations and that you're working on a fix?

I am ALSO getting in zone loading screens. i.e. I'm riding through a zone and bam, loading screen. I haven't seen those since initial release.

Not only when zoning, but EVERY loading screen takes about a century now.

Looks like we're just going to sweep this under the carpet and pretend its not happening I guess. There's nothing but silence from ZoS on this issue so can we assume these 1min+ loading screens are here to stay?
